Find dynamic groups by name
GET/api/api_gateway/3.0.0/customer/groups/dynamic/by-name/:group_name/
Looks across both group types, which is why it needs both read scopes. Names are not unique per account and the same name can exist as both a phishing and a training group, so this always answers with a list. A name that matches nothing is an empty page, not a 404.
Required scopes: phishing.dynamic.group.read, aware.dynamic.group.read
